I was Pre diabetic before ablation but with weight loss and diet I got back to normal
I am now two months post ablation and my blood sugar is up to almost diabetic levels
When I had palpitations my blood sugar used to rise and I think this is my body saying it is still under stress post surgery but it is depressing after working so hard to reduce it
I am hoping that a bit more exercise will fix it as I did take things very easy after the op
