Been given a gift of body wash and body lotion. Its described as "Wild Fig and Cranberry"..............its possibly never seen a real Cranberry and maybe is made with some sort of "chemical essence"
My question is.........would YOU use it?

Absolutely.....enjoy!
No, I wouldn't use it, I'd probably pass it on to someone else.

Ah....a differing opinion.....this is interesting!
I only use soaps with no nasty additives anyway. I suspect everything of causing my AF. When you think of it chemicals are in what we wash with, clean our teeth, deodorants, shampoo, make up and also wash our clothes and bedding in. I once met an architect at a holistic group I went to and she was telling me about the chemicals emitted from PVC window frames. I don't think I'd ever thought of the contents of my home giving off chemicals until then.
I'm so desperate to feel normal again!

I would use it without a second thought!
Body wash yes, laxative NO...just read the label, if it is all chemical additives, I would give it a miss. Figs and cranberries, the birds might think you are something to eat...
Not heard of that one. These guys do a good one, though it is a bit pricey.
Cranberries are now considered OK... at least the cranberry institute say so

I just skim read some of this..........but I query it as it says this was agreed in OCT 2011.......over 6 years ago......so why are we still being told "No Cranberry", then??
It was approved by the FDA and if memory serves NICE also said that. I no longer take Warfarin but I believe that the PIL no longer mentions cranberry.
INR nurses and doctors tend not to seek out knowledge. Look at the severe side effects of medications that they ignore. Bayer issued a letter telling doctors only to prescribe Cipro or Fluoroquinolones for severe infections but they are still dishing them out for UTI's chest infectections etc and causing severe side effects.
Hospital consultant, GP and INR nurse did not know that if a Warfarin patient is prescribed Amiodarone the warfarin dosage should be halved. I had to find that out for myself when my INR went up to 3.9 in a week. When I asked the pharmacist why she had not warned me she said I thought everyone knew that and would have taken it into account.
