Hair loss

Hi, I am on Tikosyn and Eliquis and am having severe hair loss . I am thinking it is one of those medicines. I have been on them for 5 months now, does anyone else have this problem with either of these meds?

I think my hair is thinner but may have started when on Warfarin. Not sure!!!

As soon as I started on Apixaban (Eliquis) 15 months ago, I noticed loads of hair falling out every day. I became quite concerned that if it continued I'd have to think about wearing a wig. However, although my hair is still thinner than it used to be, the hair loss has slowed down and I've stopped panicking! I reported it on a drug reaction Yellow Card scheme, the more people that do this the better.

I have been on Rivaoxaban and Edoxaban and have noticed hair loss on both of these.

Eat extra spinach and get tested for iron deficiency. Some drugs can cause anemia

I am on both Amiodarone and Eliquis and have had enough hair loss. I am leaning towards Amiodarone to having done more damage.
