supplements or anti anxiety meds for ectopics from anxiety?

Hello all!

I find these sites sooo helpful and comforting. I was on one when I had my double hip replacements and it really helped.

So now, at 60 and a fitness trainer I'm having ectopics, from anxiety that has taken hold after enduring a very long period (4 years) of extreme stress, divorce etc....

Tried some neurolink and berberine from homeopath with some help. But cannot totally erraticate the anxiety or the ectopics which are daily, for the last 6 months.

When I feel a little better they are much less, a few minutes at night . They stop and I sleep well now. But...back at some point the next day. Have had an ecg and heart looks good. Have made a dr appointment again to discuss maybe ciprolex. Does this help with ectopics? I have had them since my stressful childhood, but rarely till now.

Hi luvurheart,I'm pretty new to the site so I'm sure someone with more knowledge will help answer your question. I'm not sure about the meds but I've read deep breathing and mindfulness techniques have worked for a lot of people. You can use the search option to find past posts. I myself have PVC's/ectopics every day and from what I've read and what my cardiologist/EP have said they are harmless unless they comprise 20% or more of your heartbeats.Hang in there and try not to worry to much about them.
