Thanks for all the replies. It’s very comforting to hear others have / are going through the same as me and that some have found solutions. I’m going to try everything I can to sort this AF!!!

Hi Wreford and a belated welcome to the forum. I have just read your original post and can so relate to your experience. Diagnosis kicks the feet from under us and at your young age, it is even more to cope with.

The good news is that we eventually find a way or ways to cope - my choice is drugs, modified diet and calming exercises. Read up all you can on coping with arrhythmias and don't be disheartened by recurrences - tell yourself 'this too shall pass' and it does.
