Can anyone tell me what is the best brand on Nattokinase to buy and how many mg to take a day?

Not a good idea as there is no way of measuring the efficacy.

I researched this when first diagnosed and the best brand is Nattovena which I took for several years ...used to have to get it from the States but it is now available from an agent in the UK. I now take Apixaban which I am not happy about but as my episodes of AF increased I decided that I had better play safe.

Hi, I think Nattovena is the strongest with the highest FU per capsule and the company is helpful and informative. Unfortunately no-one can say how much to take per day and there is no way to measure its efficacy. However I'm using it too and taking 10,000 FU per day - 4 x Simply Pure 2,500 FU capsules. I notice that I'm bruising easily and small cuts bleed for much longer than previously, so I can see it is having some effect.

I was on Nattokinase and had a blood clot in my femoral artery. I was offered Coumadin in the hospital, but refused it and tried Nattokinase. I've been on Coumadin for almost five years. I check my INR every week with a home monitor. I'm doing fine.
