Can you take apixaban with amoxicillin I can't find anything on this thank you xx

The prescribing doctor should be informed of your medical history and therefore be the best person to advise you.I took a wide rang of antibiotics last summer.I take Apixaban and there were no issues with any of the antibiotics.

I don't know and I think it would be wiser to ask a pharmacist. We are not experts in drugs and relevant contra-indications here.

Definitely check with your physician or pharmacist but I take Apixaban and was prescribed a course of Amoxicillin last year. RXList shows no interactions between the two.

agree with Finvola- have also taken it with apixaban- there are some you mustn't mix e g clarithromycin is a major no NO!
