A week ago I changed from Warfarin to Apixaban. A couple of days later I began having strange feelings in my right leg and my right knee has become very painful.. The left knee also but not quite so painful.Found it difficult to get to sleep last night because of this. Anyone else experience this while taking Apixaban?

I haven't and been taking since last September - in fact it has fewer known side effects than any of the other NOACs but I have seen a few posts asking about joint pain after Apixaban - you might want to research and report to your GP.
No problem here except possibly a bit of tinnitus.
I had joint pain on all of the NOACs. Not so on Marcumar (Warfarin) or much less.
