Had Ablation done 2nd of Feb, Still get short of breath when move a bit quick or go up stairs, is this normal after Ablation, Still on same tablets for now,

Yes it take three months for the heart to recover so don't make any judgement till then.

It was the same for me after my second ablation. You can get fixated by though and I am sure this anxiety makes up for about 50%. It does get back to normal in time.

If the shortness of breath persists, you may want to get an X-ray done to make sure your phrenic nerve (which operates your diaphragm and lungs) is working OK. The nerve can get damaged during an ablation. Hopefully that's not an issue for you but, even if it is, it's not anything to worry about as it usually repairs itself in time. In my wife's case it took 10 months but it can be a lot faster than that.
