Need a longer reading and maybe several over time. But in this short segment those heart beats are not evenly spaced.

I see I had a ablation 12/7/16 I wonder do that have something to do with it

For fibrillation two things must be present a substrate (pathological circuits of atrial activation) and driver (PACs). A successful ablation eliminates substrate.

Above age ~50 almost everybody has somq PACs.

Yes it is too short for classifying. The last complex is a PAC (Premature Atrial Complex). Usually PACs are benings, but long clusters of PACS may provocate atrial fibrillation. I often see this in my case.

Send it off for a clinical report. It cost £5 but may be worth it

Agree too short to be certain of rhythm. Looks like p waves before first 2 complexes and then premature atrial ectopic.

Possible atrial fibrillation p waves after first t wave and before first qrs complex.

Can you post another reading?

When I get a reading of 'unclassified' it's usually because I'm in tachycardia rather than AF, I can tell the difference in how I feel and the Kardia reading just confirms it.

However, this does not mean it's the same for you so you need to run it by your EP (you can always email it to him or to the arrhythmia nurse) or send the reading off for a clinical report.
