Can I take iron supplement with afib?

I would benefit from an iron supplement due to menopausal symptoms.

Can I take it without harm to my afib? I'm currently taking an anticoagulant and calcium channel blocker verapamil.

I take Verapamil and Apixaban .....plus, plus, plus! AND Ferrous Sulphate{iron) prescribed from my GP.
