My best intelligence is that anything under 100 is fine Juggsy so I wouldn't get too hung up about it if you feel otherwise OK. Sorry but I can't give drug advice. Have you been doing what we all have these last few days and eating a lot too much? This will make the heart work harder.
Just adding to Bob's comments, after my ablation, my heart rate increased by over 10 per minute but has now returned to its former rate, so hopefully yours may also slow down once the "silly season" has passed.....good luck
Isn't your normal rate in the 60s? If so then you may be making you feel worse because it is 50% over normal whereas for someone else that's their normal rate.
You could always drop Sabine an email because she may very well pick it up.
