Kardia Problem

I've been unable lately to send ECGs for clinician analysis: I get to the 'Confirmation' page, but when I press 'Purchase' nothing happens.

Does anybody else have this problem or know how to fix it?

Can't help as I don't use that service any more but I am interested to know why you wanted an analysis and what sort of replies you have had in the past? I don't use now because the two times I used it were a waste of money but I wonder if others have had more useful replies?

I agree. I've used it twice and found the replies useless.

Without actually clicking the Purchase tab, I can't work out what has happened but have you checked that the report hasn't come back to you?

I've used the service twice - once was helpful when sinus arrhythmia was identified (I'd never heard of it before) but the other time wasn't helpful when I had AFlutter, so I would tend to agree with Buffafly.

Have you checked that your credit card details are up to date including the CVC code?

Many thanks for the comments.

I've had two ablations recently, in April and July, and have been using Kardia to monitor progress.

Mostly the ECGs are normal, but occasionally they say 'possible AF' and I have been sending some of these for analysis.

Initially they just confirmed AF. The recent ones, though, have said NSR but with ectopics and/or sinus arrhythmia, which I take to be progress.

I'm pretty sure it's not my credit card since nothing has changed and anyway they'd tell me if there were a problem.

I'm wondering if Kardia may have suspended this facility if people aren't happy with it. I know they do have a tendency to make changes without notice.

Yes. I am having same problem. Today I had a distinct arrythmia on the ecg although it came back as normal. Thought I would send for analysis to take to GP if necessary although I know I can print it out. Annoying though. Perhaps we should check the web site....??!!

You can always send it to GP as a PDF or as a print.

I know I can, but feel kardia should advise if the service is not working and it's not just me! Thanks for your reply though.
