Kardia Interpretation

Just wondering if anyone know what the “W” shape at the bottom of the QRS may mean. It seems to be appearing more often on my readings when in AF. Thanks.

Did you ever find out?

This seemed to fox everyone! My thought was bundle branch block but I am no expert and, like everyone else, made no response.

Dr Dave was very helpful. I sent him the Kardia reading and also another 12 lead ECG print out. He said I exhibit “Ashman’s Beats”. This happens in AFib when a short interval follows a long one and the short one is conducted with a Right Bundle Branch Block pattern 😃

I had to re-read that, I thought it said "Assman's Beats" which sounds like something Eminem or Dr Dre would produce!
