Thank you for posting this Steve. I'm always keen to watch Sanjay Gupta's videos as he always explains information related to AF so clearly.

What a relief to find this video, I will show it to my Gp who seems to know not a lot about noacs. How I wish I could have a consultation with him, as I am not even under a consultant. Had all the tests over a year ago after having PAF for over 30 yrs and getting steadily more frequent and painful , put on warfarin, lost most of my hair, breathless etc. I guess I should be more demanding when I have a Gp consultation, which is prob twice a year, but then that is stressful in its self. Thankyou for this site, it gives people hope..and a bit more comfort to know you are not alone. x

If you look on the main AFA website there is a leaflet with all the common abbreviations.

Where exactly?

If you go to the front page you will see a Tab on the left called Patient Information - there are over 10 sub-tabs and at the bottom is the one for Definitions and Abbreviations. Look at the other tabs because there is loads of information there.

Below is the link to the abbreviations page:

Please keep posting these videos Steve as I don't know where else to find them. He seems such a nice man to take the time to post them on the Internet as I am sure he is a very busy man, so thanks once again to him and yourself for posting on the AF site.
