Hi when they do Cryo Ablation, do they do it in a CT Scanner or MRI ? as i am claustraphobic that is the only thing what would put me off ,

No its not done in a scanner ,just on a table in a lab, straightforward really.

No. Ablations are carried out on a flat open surface though there is a lot of equipment, monitors, etc around you and a small x-ray box is positioned above your chest. I didn't find it claustrophobic though and I do suffer from the phobia.

It's possible, though not probable, that you'll need an MRI scan in the lead up to the ablation - discuss this with your EP - but I found that eye shades - thick, and totally opaque - completely eliminated any claustrophobic feelings. If you can't see the tube - it ain't there. You're on a beach!
