Storm!

We have a storm going on at the moment with thunder/lightening and heavy rain; it's hot and sticky and my heart is doing it's usual dance! Happens every time - but I'm not scared any more, I will just wait for it to pass.

It's still thinking about it here! Odd thing is I don't mind thunder and lightning if I am out. But if I am indoors it really makes me 'twitchy'. I have to go and stand by a door or window so I can watch. I once even flew out of jo' berg airport in the most spectacular tropical storm I have ever seen. Which was really fun as I was in a window seat. Did make the 747 bounce around a bit though! Lol

I don't mind it either but my heart goes all over the place - settling now that it's passed. Was a good storm though! I did flight to Hong Kong from NZ through a storm a bit hairy but an experience I'll never forget!

Hong Kong! Went there a couple of years ago. Took me a month to un-crick my neck from looking up at all the tall buildings!
