Hi Yatsura, Stemetil works for me. I had this when I had vertigo from and inner ear infection.

Hi Yatsura,

When I asked for a sea sickness tablet for a cruise I was taking, the pharmacist recommended 'Stugeon'. I told him of my AF and the medication I was taking (beta blockers, bendroflumethazide and lansoprazole) at the time.

However I was not on a anticoagulant at the time so I would check again if I needed sea sickness tablets.

Pharmacists seem quite clued up. Alternatively ask your doc. I would never take any over the counter med unless I had checked it out first, that especially includes herbal remedies which I would steer clear of.

Hope this helps.

Regards

Dee

Also the holistic approach of sea bands worn on the wrists are often quite effective.

I have also used sea bands and they worked a treat in a storm across the Bay of Biscay!! Wendy

Thanks everybody for your replies , I have tried seabands which didn't work but then I am the type of person who gets sick in the harbour. I am taking same drugs as you Fi , so may give Stugeron a try.
