Pluvicto

My dad has now had two doses of pluvicto. After the first dose he developed new onset bilateral lower extremity edema which I feel like was not properly addressed prior to the second dose despite him notifying his doctors. He has had a nephroureteral stent since April 2024 due to blockage from the tumor growing into his bladder. Apparently the stent had failed due to tumor growth/needing to be changed and was causing the edema and eventually severe flank pain which led him to the ER yesterday. His CT scan revealed the above which is much worse than his prior scan as he now has mets in his liver. They had to go in and place a nephrostomy tube to remove the pressure on the kidney and are hoping to be able to go back in to see in a couple of days about replacing the stent. I have read about this being a possibility with the pluvicto. He did have a PSMA scan prior to treatment which showed PSMA-avid tumors. What do we do at this point?

after 4, scan showed major skeletal spread, skull to femurs. PSA went to 235 and ALP went to 230. Pluvicto stopped and he started Jevtana chemo. I hope you get some answers. Sounds like he has a lot going on right now
