Did a Ventura Beach Therapy run and swapped out the Memorial Sign, the old was faded out and I had to add more names😢

Chatted with Leticia and she made dozens of bracelets and I have them to send to anyone - gratis. Two types a thin and a thicker one. Also, I still have St Peregrine bracelets - Patron Saint for Cancer Victims

PSA steady at 0.6, I've never been undetectable, the nadir was Summer 2017 at 0.1. It's two years post 28 IMRTs at AIS and so far no Southern area issues. Fingers crossed🙏

Not doin monthly PSAs, just quarterly ones.

great pictures buddy …. Boy that Ventura coastline is like heaven on earth. I love your HD qol’ing big guy I think it’s great . Shows and reminds all of us guys here in our fight , same as you, …..that there is still a nice , fun, beautiful world out there for us to enjoy. We need to take our wives and / families and get out there making nice / fond memories.

Mahalo Bruddah Kal, 😁It was cool and cloudy, but due to the weather, there were so many surfers out there. So many birds in the water, loved that Blue Heron that was "fishing". And egrets too.

So grateful to be able to do QoLing and Yea wanna inspire other to get out and QoL
