Xofigo radioactive compound for prostate cancer. Any additional aid pathways to mitigitate effects and improve condition?

grandfather has been given Xofigo, which is a radioactive compound that mimics calcium to deliver radiation in the bones to cancer cells. This is quite a heavy treatment and i want to optimally support in bringing his PSA value's down. Quite strong stuff.

What are some remedies methods I can provide him as aid ?

Important note : It may not bring down PSA immediate basis. Keep monitors CT Scan and bone scan

Side effects are usually mild, which is why I advocate combinations:

There may be some temporary painful inflammation, which anti-inflammatories can handle.
