Hip pain

Hello. I’m not sure how much info to include. So if I leave anything off that may help in answering my question, please let me know. My dad has advanced prostate cancer. He just finished in November 2024 pluvicta. During treatment his PSA was low (.67). He went back to the dr for his 3 month checkup and his PSA is now 11. There’s great concern here because it’s not what we expected so soon. However, he has been complaining of pain in his hip. They did a scan in October and told him there was no evidence of it being in his bones and that it was the probably arthritis. Well he still had the pain after doing physical therapy and is afraid it is in his bones.

Is there anyone out that who has had this same experience or something similar?
