Under what conditions should Chemo be used, if patient has very low volume Pca?

I am ready to stand corrected.... But I think chemo is indicated only when there is metastasis, and then when you have an accelerated PSA doubling rate, or equivalent.

Most likely only after the spread is confirmed with a scan conducted with a PSA of 2.0 or greater (in order to minimize the likelihood of a false negative scam result).

Try to do CT Scan, Bone Scan and PSMA PET and it will give you better idea

what are next steps in your treatment

I was going to post the question: why get CT scan and bone scan, if you do the more sensitive PSMA scan? To cover non psma pca, would also do FDG pet scan at same time

Good question - I think CT Scan , Bone Scan and PSMA Pet Scan. All scan will talk same thing and it is easy to decide next treatment. I never got approval for FDG after PSMA PET scan
