NOTE: The article you posted is over 25 years old.

I recently ran across this study which shows a potential positive role for PSA in preventing or controlling metastases. I have been unable to find any other studies on the role of PSA in cancer other than as a diagnostic tool. I would be interested in any knowledgeable feedback. He is taking 2mg/kg ivermectin and 2000mg of fenbendazole daily along with numerous other supplements and repurposed medicines. pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articl...

I saw the date on that study, which was why I was wondering if anyone had seen any further research in this direction. I have not been able to find any follow up studies. PSA appears to be a unclear measurement - I see numerous posts with people who have less than .1 PSA with numerous mets, and the study seemed to point to very limited data which may indicate that PSA is both a marker of cancer and may play some kind of protective role against mets. He is being seen by both an oncologist at a major research hospital and a functional medicine doctor. He is prepared to go back on hormone therapy, and is not discounting the potential positive effects it has on his PSA, but he felt he had lost about 70% of his cognitive function and was falling asleep at the wheel, despite sleeping about 12-14 hours per day while on the ADT therapy. He is scheduled to get another PSA test tomorrow and that result will likely direct us back toward hormone therapy.

I'm assuming that the doctor "who is working with patients using repurposed drugs" is the "functional medicine doctor" who is prescribing fenbendazole and Ivermectin.

A doctor who is working with patients using repurposed drugs. Fenben is purchased independently. Generally following the Dr. Makis protocol.

I have been looking into this as well, with the Ivermectin. Don't know enough yet though.

both fenben and ivmtn have been done to death on the group, ad nausem . Type Fenbendazole into the search engine at the top of the page for over 145 hits . Same with ivmctn. There have been so many that it looks like a lot of trolling taking place on that list.

There, to my knowledge, have never been any negative reports from taking it other than nausea and feeling sick. On the other hand, out of dozens of reported tries, usually in desperation…. There has never been a report of success…..not one. Maybe if you took it long term, years, …dunno … it most here have been near death tries and all have failed and passed away now.

This is strictly IMHO, others may and will vary. Tbh , like most croakers here, I’d probably eat “ anything “ ( motor oil, lead paint, peach pits ? ) if I thought it would delay things….even a little. lol

Just say’in

❤️❤️❤️
