Btw I feed GPT all my medical reports for summarization and further insights. I do not use it for decisions since there is risk of inaccurate data but it’s a great tool

Fascinating read. Thanks for posting. I had no idea 80% of US radiologists are using Msft’s PowerScribe, definitely the way forward as we are woefully short of radiologists over here.

Out of interest.. how does chat-GPT output compare with your actual medication choices?

My experience with GPT is that it has a safety layer which will not actually recommend medication choices but refer you to a healthcare provide. It will make you better informed about medications and its great for summarization. For example, I can feed GPT my MRI report and ask it questions..etc

Yes. Since I saw your post I also input my PCa history into chatGPT. Like any consultant it is good at replaying key points in a positive way. As the questions get more precise, replies come in the form of options rather than recommendations per se. This is early doors, I like what I see and will persist; it will only get more intelligent.

I have read for several years that computational algorithms of various kinds can compete with general radiologists in determining the analysis of the scans. Today at my local large hospital they are used for first look results and referred to radioloogist for confirmation if anomalies appear. Some have suggested that standard radiology will become a declining profession due to this advance and interventional, oncological, isotope administration and other forms of radiology will be the future of the profession for radiology students.

Yes, one more area that AI will change.

FYI......... and for us super intellectuals: GPT-4 is the latest milestone in OpenAI’s effort in scaling up deep learning. GPT-4 is a large multimodal model (accepting image and text inputs, emitting text outputs) that, while less capable than humans in many real-world scenarios, exhibits human-level performance on various professional and academic benchmarks.

That all means "it's smarter than a 5th grader".....

Main question 1, will the rays be in color or black and white?

Main question 2. enabled to see tattoos?

Good Luck, Good Health and Good Humor.
