Is anyone familiar with the use of BR-DIM ? See that following quote:
'Another potential treatment option for prostate cancer is BR-DIM, a formulated version of 3,3′-Diindolylmethane (DIM). DIM is found in cruciferous vegetables, and studies have shown that it can inhibit the growth of prostate cancer cells.'

This is a study of BR-DIM in 12 non-metastatic CRPC patients. The result was "The other 10 patients had an initial deceleration of their PSA rise (decrease in slope), but eventually progressed based on continual PSA rise or evidence of metastatic disease." How can you determine that the PSA rise was decelerated? I would interpret the result as no effect. pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/207...
Thank you GP24: I had read that study, noticing that it is dated 2010, which is quite a long time ago...my question wanted to find out if some of our readers had experience with this approach and if it had produced any significant effect.
Note: There are three posts in our H.U. history file that mention BR DIM. Just search and you'll find them there. Good 2025 to you and to your family and friends.
