I don’t know if this has been shared here before, but this is interesting for those of us still looking to be proactive in our treatment outside of SOC.
(ofcourse this is assuming web md isn’t financially incentivized to discourage supplement use. That seems to be the hardest challenge in our western sick care model)

I can tell you don’t waste your money on reservatrol supps. Dr. Peter Attia did a deep dive into it and concluded that it’s bogus except for wine drinkers who like to think they are getting a healthy drunk. But the truth is, the amount needed to be barly beneficial would be at a toxic amount of wine.
I guess my biggest thought is once you have been diagnosed with cancer you need to follow best medical practices. At that point supplements may not have much if any real effect except to drain your wallet.
The time to impact cancer was in your 30s with a lifestyle change of diet, exercise and stress reduction. For most of us that train has left the station a long time ago.
I have one caveat to the above cynicism. Exercise does seem to lessen the side effects of treatment and losing weight can impact your mental outlook.
Leaving no stone unturned I take my choice of (doctor over-seen) supps; knowing full well may be monies down the drain (what my doc thinks). My uPSA has not risen above 0.03X for nearly seven years, since my salvage ePLND nadir of <0.010, no ADT. IDK but just maybe helping with micro-mets, CSC, senescent cells, etc. All the best to all of us fighting this beast and navigating all the disparities.
We may never know whether any supps are helping to keep the sheep or wolves from escaping. However, I believe the “big five” may help in some way but we’ll probably never know for certain…
