Looking for any suggestions for next steps in my husbands journey. Since 2020 he has completed chemo (got almost a yr of good results), zytiga (about 7 months good results), xtandi (about 8 months good results), Lymparza (never worked), lutecien (stopped after 2 infusions), Cabazitaxel, and this past July was the 1 st participant in new car t trial at Penn. Up until the car t infusion, his only health issue was cancer, other than that dog, he was pretty healthy and active. Since car t, he has developed blood clots that caused strokes, consistently low hemoglobin and now low platelet. Per dr he has developed Thrombocytopenia. Clinical Dr told us he does not think there is anything they can offer annd if we do nothing his time is limited. I ask about a reboot of zytiga or xtandi as well as lutecien. He was taken off lutecien and a few weeks later his psa started to decline in between treatments so I think he was taken off early.

We meet with his primary oncologist tomorrow and I want to be prepared with other options. My husband is not ready to stop treatment.

Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
