Pluvicto side effects

My husband just received his 6 th Pluvicto treatment. My husband has been having dry mouth and dry eye. The dry eye gets so dry that he develops Filaments in the eyes. These side effects have been getting worse with each treatment.

Is anyone having these problems from Pluvicto? What have you used to help with this problem?

Thank you in advance for your replies.

Is he using artificial tears and artificial saliva? Hopefully, it is temporary.

I had severe dry eye from ARX517

- try eye drop that has corticosteroids

- Eye mask hot and cold for 5 times in day

- wear glasses when you go out

go to an ophthalmologist who works with dry eyes. There is a whole industry that has developed to help this problem. There is an autoimmune disease where these glands are wiped out called Sjogren’s disease. Obviously artificial tears is the first step. There are drugs the stimulate secretion and anti inflammatory drops that help. There are even contact lenses that hold tears and release them into the eye. I have had patients where goggles with a small amount of water in them. You have just begun to fight.

Greetings,

Would be a good idea to update your dear Husband's bio. E.g. Age? Location? Meds? Doctors? Treatment center? and etc. All info is voluntary but it helps him/you and helps us too.

Thank you!!!

Right?🤦🏻‍♂️. It’s like asking for a review on a complete book when you are given 2 pages to read. And then there are the spelling errors. For G-d’s sake it’s PROSTATE not PROSTRATE. If you have a disease , you should know how to spell it! Today, I read “patience” instead of “patients”. Some of these blatant errors are REALLY trying my patience!
