PSA tested in June 2023 due to a friend who had an issue and encouraged testing. PSA at 43, second test at 40. Biopsy ordered which came in at 4 +5. Moved treatment to UCLA where a PET scan was ordered. Metastatic cancer in 8 locations with 1 lymph node effected, remaining locations spread through different torso bone locations.

I don’t understand why doctors don’t test PSA starting at 50. You got tested at age 65. That is just sad. Ask for genetic testing on tumor and germline.

Good luck and success on treatments.

Highly recommend you talk to your Oncologist about triplet therapy if you haven't already.
