Meanwhile in Italy, a group of researchers....this study discusses the development of immunoliposome-based CRISPR/Cas9 delivery targeting IL30 in prostate cancer. In vivo and in vitro it showed great results in inhibiting tumor growth and metastasis formation. Alteration of tumor environment (reduced evasion ability) and low toxicity are a plus! Hopefully we will have someone willing to invest in this discovery soon!
