Saw this link this morning. Any update on this research or trials? Kinda describes my situation: after surgery and radiation PSA climbing. PSMA showed metastatic lymph nodes. Rather than watch and wait, they were radiated. PSA now seems to have dropped. Thanks.

PSMA scans-any update?
Thanks for sharing. Both of my oncologists are seeing a lot of success using the "zap what PSMA shows" approach. One of them is seeing such great results (as driving PSA to undetectable) at UCLA Radiation Oncology that he is no long prescribing ADT for patients he sends there for radiation.
Thanks for your reply, and for your detailed bio. You know a lot more about this stuff than I do. I especially appreciate your commentary on RP. I’ve been second guessing that because of my worsening incontinence. Question: if my PSA doesn’t drop to 0, does that mean ADT is in my immediate future? Thanks.
From your bio, it sounds like you've had "rifle shot" radiation to visible targets but not the traditional "salvage radiation that is "shotguns" lymph nodes in the local area whether they have visible tumors or not.
Although I have an outstanding local oncologist, I also consult with Mark Scholz in Marina del Rey who is one of the world's best in prostate oncology. I suggest reading his book and perhaps consulting with an oncologist of his caliber.
Thanks.
