Psa results

A little disappointed. I got my psa results today, went from. 06 on 4/23/24 to .88 today. I have my visit with my MO on 7/29 and will find out the next course of action. I was surprised as I was undetectable from September of 2020 right up thru January of this year. Granted I had sbrt and was subsequently on adt from September of 2020 til April of 2022. I figured that when it came back it would progress a little slower.

Any thoughts as th represents a more than ten fold increase in 3 months.

Retest with a different lab. PSADT of about 3.5 weeks seldom comes out of the blue.
