George..Lets use logic here....when you were taking Bicalutamide and that time your PSA was low ...once you stopped Bicalutamide, PSA starts going up.. 0.16 to 0.4....that means Bicalutamide was keeping PSA low. So, if you restart Bicalutamide and check PSA again in a month...and if PSA goes down again..Bicalutamide is working for you.
Sometimes..its that simple...just like our great Dr Sigmund Freud once said 'Sometimes a cigar is just a Cigar"
Sorry, but it was Bill Clinton who said that....

That boastful, arrogant said "I did it because I could".
John..do you agree that we should give lupron shots every 6 months to the guys who sit in White House until their term ends as Prez ...to keep sanctity of white house.
More like every day.....

Was it Schwarzenegger who said "Sometimes a fist is just a fist"? Sigmund Freud died of oral cancer. Sorry Monica ...
Why did you stop taking bicalutamide? It was working for you. Try going back on it. If your PSA goes down stay on it. If not you can try another ADT drug.
I will just add to the other comments that if you DO return to the bicalutamide 150mg (which I just started myself, too!) please be aware that your cancer may evolve to respond to that drug differently than it originally did.
There is some evidence that a return to bicalutamide MIGHT end up feeding the cancer rather than halting it, so you do want to keep a close eye on PSA. If you do not get the same beneficial PSA response on the next go around with that drug then it is time to try something different.
Some might also suggest that right NOW is the time to try something different, but I am not qualified to give a suggestion one way or the other. Some might also suggest waiting to see what your NEXT level of PSA tesing shows before proceeding, but again I am not qualified to give a suggestion there, either.
I would recommend asking your MO what you should do.
Please supply more information. Were your pelvic lymph nodes irradiated? Are you saying that you were taking adjuvant bicalutamide after radiation to help the radiation work better, and your PSA rose after the bicalutamide was finished? If so, that is expected and is exactly what is supposed to happen. You still have a prostate and it will continue to produce PSA - nothing to worry about.
Yes Mr.Tall_Allen Yes it was irridated from 2/4/2019 until 3/5/2019 with IGRT dose 46GY to my lymph nodes 3 spot and treated by DR.carsten weise in cologne in germany 22 sessions with linac but before i stated the treatment i took Bicalutamide150mg from december 2018 and according to my oncology DR.weise to stop taking Bicalatumide150mg october 2019.

Thaks for your replay

Any reduction in PSA IS A GOOD RESULT
What I would conclude from your comments, is as follows:
1) You have a condition where you are castrate sensitive (PSA marker points to current condition post-treatment) but your status is 'unresolved'.
2) You never reached an undetectable state, therefore, we don't know IF you could have gone that low - therefore, you could go the ADT route again if you reach a PSA level above a threshold indicating that the cancer has returned ( > 2.0 and surpassing 4.0) or is still in an active state.
3) IF you are on a planned ADT holiday, your numbers are rising and you need to continue to monitor your 'condition'.
4) you need to understand your situation better in order to try to manage the cancer sooner rather than later because a long(er) delay might not be advisable.
5) I might be completely wrong in my assessment.
I wish you well on your journey of healing .....
Lots of helpful information here. Heed it... Don't be a ostridge. ?Comprende?
