Is there any advantage to a prostate biopsy after initial radiation and 3/4 year of ADT…..?
Salvage high dose brachytherapy is being considered and a third prostate biopsy has just been done. What might they be looking for…..placement,grade,Gleason?

They are looking for a possible recurrence site within the prostate. They will put more radiation there.
