Has anyone been treated for or been diagonosed fprr prostate pre-cancer High Grade - PIN ?

Is this a watch & wait , AS situation ?

Any sense or background on how fast it becomes cancerous . Some studies suggest ADT as a treatment , others ( Urologists ) not surprisingly disagree .

No it is not anything. Not active surveillance. You do not have a cancer diagnosis. It is not treated - ever.

Prescription Meds effects on PSA

Any prescription meds known to significantly increase PSA levels? HGPIN diagnosis in 2017 without Cancer. MRI negative as well in 2017. Been tracking PSA which have been averaging 2.0. Most recent PSA was 7.7. Have been on 15mg of Meloxicam for 3 months up to the day of recent blood draw for PSA of 7.7. Tks.
