ARX517 and dry eyes

Hi, is anyone doing the ARX517 trial and suffering from severe dry eyes? My husband is participating in the trial starting this year, which has shown amazing results so far! PSA down and most lesions stopped growing. However he has recently developed severe dry eyes from the treatment. He is under the care of ophthalmologists now but so far the various drops and ointments aren't working. He was wondering if anyone else has had this side effect with the trial.

Someone just asked about that last week. I suggested talking to the doctor about mechanical dilation to overcome the inflammary-closed ducts.

I can't find it either, sorry. But I pointed out that PSMA-targeted pharmaceuticals attack the lacrimal and salivary glands, and the only thing that worked for 225AC-PSMA was sialendoscopy. So a similar procedure in the tear ducts might help.
