Did all those on orgovyx do the loading dose of 3 tablets or some just start off as one daily.
Any reactions to taking 3 together ?

I did the loading dose.
My husband did the loading dose. No reaction. He was on it for 6 months, just the same symptoms that others have talked about-hot flashes, brain fog, etc.
Just took one at start doc said that as firmagon injection doesn't wear off for months no need to take 3
I did the leading dose. Why not, that's what's prescribed...
I did not notice any immediate reactions nor anything that day.
The next day I began taking the once daily.
Orgovyx had the usual side effects of no T:
Hot flashes
Fatigue
Muscle and joint stiffness
Genitalia shrinkage
Weight gain
They were annoying but not debilitating. I continued to work, exercise, travel.
I came off it in April, muscle and joint stiffness and fatigue dissipated quickly, hot flashes less so, two months later and they are mostly gone.

I did the loading dose in 2021 at the start of my first experience with Orgovyx. I ended up in the ER with bradycardia. Doc told me to stop Orgovyx for three days and restart with just one pill per day. I took Orgovyx for 55 weeks with great results. Then restarted a little over a year later with no loading dose. Again, good results. So many variations in reactions to ADT meds, eh?
Thank you. Did you have any prior rhythm issues before starting it too ?
Yes, I've had PVCs (premature ventricular contractions) for many years. Also, other meds, like Tamsulosin, have given me bradycardia (I switched from Tamsulosin to Myrbetriq because of that).
Pvcs are considered benign by cardiologists. I get them too and dad does too. My cardiologist also gets them 😀
How much had your heart rate gone down to ? What symptoms did you get - will keep an eye out for those with dad.
After the loading dose my heart rate went down to the low forties. My heart rate is typically in the mid-50s now. I do exercise a great deal with cardio and weights so perhaps that helps a bit. I agree that PVCs aren't of much concern except, in my case, they've increased by 15% since I've added in Xtandi. I am seeing an electrophysiologist this coming week just for an evaluation.
Took loading dose, no side effects.
I went from Lupron to Degarelix, briefly back to Lupron, and then to Orgovyx. No loading dose of Orgovyx (never heard of it), probably because I was transitioning from Lupron.
I just finished my 10 month Lupron vacation 9 days ago. Took the 3 pill loading dose as indicated from the special pharmacist. So far no side effects, no hot flashes, no lethargy, no digestive changes. I’m still hoping it slows male pattern baldness….
Degarelix & it's pill form, Relugolix, don't not cause the FLAIR or Testosterone surge normally experienced with initial Lupron injections. The two drugs are entirely different...
Take the prescription as prescribed!
Good Luck
per their own literature, they want a kick start on the Orgovyx and recommend a 3-tablet starting dose of the 120mg pills. I did this with very little side effect—mostly a slightly disturbed GI. Speaking of SEs, I’ve had no issues with my GI, as some report, but I am having concerning issue with BP.
