let me know your experience with ORGOVYX® (relugolix) after orchiectomy.

I am not taking relugolix and searching for someone who fit into this criteria and their experience

Why? Is your T still too high after orchiectomy?

Last time you replied similar question to me, I told my dr to prescribe me relugolix and he said relugolix do not work after orchiectomy. I am searching for some kind of proof so I can take with me and shared with me. T 30 keep going up from 10 , 25 and now 30. I want add medicine and goal is to bring down T < 5

T=30 ng/dl is pretty good. Your doctor is right: without testicles, Orgovyx has no function. Abiraterone eliminates non-testicular sources of T.

Can I take Abiraterone + Enzalutamide ? should i take prednisone or Dexamethasone ?

A trial combining them showed no advantage. I repeat, T=30 ng/dl is pretty good, and unless you have another indication, there is no need for abiraterone.
