Yesterday I was talking to the technical guy at the Pharma company which supplies me Relugolix.

He was mentioning that according to some info/reports coming in nowadays , relugolix may be a little more effective taken on an empty stomach.

Anyone heard of this ?

Dad takes it after having breakfast

That's interesting, I take it in the evening meal with Nubeqa ( requires food ). I may consider taking the Orgovyx alone without food.

I take mine without food at 5:30 am. .No real reason, just not an early morning eater.

Yes . Nubeqa. Triplet therapy is what my MO put me on. Started Orgovyx and Nubeqa then did 7 rounds of Docetaxil. I also am given Xgeva shots as well.

About 3 weeks... I was healing up from a Turp procedure and had to go to a different clinic as I was diagnosed at a Urology practice that did not do infusions. So there was a slight delay or they would of started the meds and chemo at the same time I was told.

I take Orgovyx after dinner. Mainly because I take the other drug, Abiraterone very early in the morning without food, and do not want to take both at the same time.

The Orgovyx website says "You can take ORGOVYX with or without food". orgovyx.com/starting-orgovy...

If it works better without food, either Pfizer did not think the difference was worth mentioning, or it is a new finding that should be confirmed by a study.

I take my Orgovyx after breakfast, with my Prednisone. I take my Abiraterone 2+ hours after dinner.

I take all my meds at once right before bed. So far I haven't had any issues.

I'm on Orgovyx and Xtandi. Restarted on ADT when PSA started to rise. I was hoping to get more time on mono xtandi but the cancer had other ideas.
