3year Updates w/PSA Graph

Hi Everyone, I'd like to report my 3 year journey.

Initial PSA 27 in 6/20. Diagnosed w/PC 10/20. Gleason score is 3+4 (high-risk). My T-stage is T2a/T2b. CT Scan showed no lymph node & Bone Scan showed some indication of met.

PSMA/PET in 1/12/21 showed no met outside.

Started ADT (Lupron + Erleada) on Jan 21.

PSA 0.34 (after ADT) 2/16/21.

Had HDR-BT w/5 external radiation at UCLA March 21.

PSA 0.02 (after radiation) April 21; 0.01 July 21

Started HT vacation from June 21.

PSA 0.01 / Sept. 21; 0.04 / Nov 21; 0.15 / Jan22; 0.36 / Mar 22; 0.26 / May22; 0.24 / Jun22; 0.30 / Sept22; 0.24 / Nov22; 0.23 / Jan23; 0.16 / May23; 0.34 / July23; 0.13 / Sept23. Latest PSA 0.1 on March 2024. Oncologist continue to monitor me via PSA.

Praise God to have led me to this forum, and Thanks to all who have given many expert input and invaluable insight in the disease.

Brilliant I’m the same Psa in November 2020 we’re two samples 2600 and2400 started xdanti four tablets a day at the same time currently my Psa is 0.02 and has remained the same so far,eternally grateful to the British NHS long may it continue.

Well done. Out of interest, are you on an ADT (eg Zoladex)? And why Xtandi vs Zytiga?
