PSA rise due to physical activity

My PSA has been rising slowly.. 4-5 points in 3 months. Until January when it went from 29 to 43 in one month. By end of February it was still at 43. I feel fine!

Here is a quote from the National Library of Medicine: “Physical activity releases prostate-specific antigen (PSA) from the prostate gland into blood and increases serum PSA concentrations.”

I worked out a lot in January. But in February we were travelling all month, so no physical activity. Can this explain the PSA rise ?

That quote only applies to men who do not have prostate cancer. Your increase is due to cancer activity.

If physical exercise was bad I would be dead, 6 times a week even after radiation. One of the few good habits I have

PSMA PET/CT scan?

They gave me an 18-f PET Choline. It showed cancer activity, mostly in and around pelvic region, which I knew about. They suggest changing to Xtandi to resensitize the cells. There is some cancer presence in the back area, so MRI planned for mid April.
