I don't know but I don't think it would be wise...considering that cancer cells would kidnap iron from your blood, causing anemia and damaging other processes where iron is needed, I would not touch iron levels unless there is a proven lack or over abundance (blood test are strongly advisable). Cancer related anemia can really be detrimental to any therapy. Plus in case of iron targeting therapy, removing iron would make the therapy basically useless.
