Clavicular joint pain

Hello you supporting People. I am on Lupron since seven months. I try to be serious about rather heavy weightlifting. In the beginning of my ADT journey my achilles tendons were sore. Then pain moved to anterior knees and lately to my all four clavicular joints and refering to my neck. This is really disturbing my training and definitly my sleep. I am a little afraid that I have picked up reumatiod arthritis, or is this just related to ADT and will it wear of with (hopefully) T coming back? Any comments are wellcome. Thank you!

I worked around adt joint pain by taking a SARM called enobosarm aka Osterine along with cardarine for a year before starting a modified BAT program using testosterone propianate. All non SoC but complimentary to ADT .

I found Ostarine increases the amount I am lifting thus increases pain. Hahaha

How long have you been lifting? If just starting could be aches and pains associated with beginning a weight program. Look into KT Tape. Pro athletes use it and I have found it works wonders for these aches and pains

If understood correctly your situation, your cancer does not have mets and your treatment could be curative. In your situation ADT will be eventually stopped and I hope you will be able to leave the club.

I have mets and I have been on ADT for 8 years, and my joints have deteriorate fast and some of my tendons started to have tears which have reduced my capacity to exercise. For me is life in ADT prison.

I wish you the best of luck with your treatments.

Thank you. Yes, I still hope for years without ADT. Sad to hear that treatment has been so aggressive on Your joints and tendons. I did not know of this risk but " just" the joint pain. I learn every day and I thank you for sharing.

How do you warm up before your workouts?I do 20 min on a treadmill 5 min walk followed by 15 minutes of jogging. My joints and muscles are pretty loose afterwards. If you don't run and have access to a row machine or elliptical machine to warm up.. the former is great before legs or back and the latter before chest or shoulders.

Thank you for input. I have been working out for years but not the (for me) heavy stuff like now. I am a bit sloppy with warm ups. Also running is stopped by calf cramps. Never hade that either earlier.

I get the calf cramps too.... but not when running on a treadmill. I has to be related to the softer more forgiving running surface.I tend to lift heavy myself and I need to add more sets with lighter weight with higher reps before moving onto the heavier weights.
