Any treatment after Lu-177 (Pluvicto)?

I have metastatic prostate cancer and have taken two Pluvicto infusions, but my PSA has gone UP from 2,000 to 3,000.

I understand this is the end of the line...unless anyone online has information on where to go from here.

Have you had cabazitaxel, Provenge or Xofigo? Plus many clinical trials.

You might also want to check out Actinium. If it is not available where you live, there are a few clinical trials involving this drug in the USA and elsewhere. If you are ok to travel, there are also nuclear medicine facilities in Germany, Australia and elsewhere that offer Actinium.

I did BAT after Lu-177. Met with Denmeade at John's Hopkins. Turned out I was a responder.
