Hello and happy New year distinguished gentlemen. I was wondering if I may please get your input on my latest PSA which bounced from 1.2 to 1.6. Why did this happen and is this something I should be concerned about? Thanks so much.
Regards.

In my experience kind of normal unless continues to rise. Over the last 7+ years I have seen mine act that way
Bounces are common after radiation. Read this:

Is there a difference between a typical bounce if ADT was used? Seems that study was a no ADT group. Or does the return to normal testosterone in an ADT situation result in the same bounces?
PSA will usually rise after adjuvant ADT is finished. That's not a bounce, it's just benign PSA from a healthy prostate.
I might be in the dog house here. I have had a radical prostatectomy 23 years ago. My PSA after all of this time is 0.95. I choose to do nothing. I am 72 and if I can get another 10 years I am happy. Do not fear mortality !
Still in a very low place. I wouldn't worry unless it continued to rise dramatically. From my understanding, a lot of different factors can make it fluctuate.
Mine has gone from 0.7 to 1.4, then back to 0.5 over a period of time, with no change in hormone treatment.
My last reading spiked from .97 to 1.37. I'm making a liquid consumption change to see if that works. Just a hunch. Also having a new Axumin scan.
After RT my RO put me on intermittent ADT when my PSA reached 6-10. That was ten years ago.
