Has anyone experienced a PSA rise after SBRT for bone metastasis? If so, would like to hear your story. Thanks.

I asked my Mayo RO. He said that it will not happen to me since I am doing SBRT. According to him it only happens if you radiate a prostate (stimulation).

Two lymph nodes. Pelvic and a paraaortic.

I had an RP in 2018 and according to my Mayo RO I won't have a PSA bounce.

Thanks. Stable per RECIST. Do you know if they take timeframes into account?

In my case, tumors were around 0.5 cm in the summer. Now they are about 0.6 cm. 3 months, 20%.

Not what you're looking for?
