Interesting but I have suffered varying degrees of constipation for months and my PSA has remained <0.1.

Again more proof who's the boss , lol Gut health proper biome , for me it's fermented foods everyday, magnesium citrate as well , add Kefer now and then - yes I know it's dairy but wow it does get things on the right path. keep in mine peeing a lot can dehydrate you bigtime .

I use chicory, which seems to work well. But I still have those days...

Forgot to mention started taking zeolite fine ground powder 6 grams a day, I really do believe it is helping .

Curcumin, magnesium and raw unpasturized sauerkraut works well.
