Can a colonoscopy after RP with BCR increase PSADT and speed up PC growth?

6 years out from RP - current PSA = 0.39, PSADT = 16 months....only therapy has been RP...nothing shown on PSMA PET/CT done at 0.35.

Just thought any disturbance by colonoscopy to the prostate bed might contribute to growth or spread...reasonable?

No reason to do another PSMA PET. Salvage radiation ASAP.
