This was salvage treatment after failure of SBRT by MRIdian in Mar 2020.PSA nadir after SBRT was 2.4 and it rose to 5.3 just 3 years later, when a PSMA scan showed 2 possible tumours within the gland. A subsequent biopsy confirmed local tumour recurrence with Gleason 4+4.
Interventional radiotherapy team seem quietly confident they have nailed it this time. Hope they are proved correct.

It's probably too early to say, the catheter was removed 24 hours after the procedure and I am now 3 days post-op. Currently, I can go about 2-3 hours without needing to pee. The flow is quite weak still.
I travelled to Strasbourg, France for this procedure. It is not available in Malaysia. My lovely Malaysian wife came with me but she hates the food here 😂
